Danilo Boavista, co-founder of LUZ Capital Partners. Hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Danilo’s journey from selling CDs in middle school to becoming a global business leader is a reflection of his resilience and innovative mindset. By the age of 26, he had founded multiple companies, including LinkIT, a consulting firm bridging private capital with public researchers, and Palha da Nonna, a thriving sweets manufacturing business. These ventures not only showcased his leadership abilities but also sharpened his skills in managing diverse teams and complex operations.

Danilo’s professional journey further evolved during his time with McKinsey & Company, where he honed his expertise in strategy and operations.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Behavioral Economics, Operations, Finance, and General Management.
