Josh comes from an entrepreneurial family. His grandfather owned and operated a regional chain of retail stores in New England. His father still runs the durable medical equipment distribution business that he started 30 years ago. Growing up, dinner table discussions frequently centered on the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities of small business ownership, while his weekends and summers were spent working in the family business.

Inspired by the examples set by his father and grandfather, Josh launched Seneca Growth Partners to follow in their footsteps. Just as they dedicated themselves to building and leading lasting businesses, Josh is prepared to devote his entire career to honoring and enhancing the legacy of one exceptional business.

Prior to launching Seneca Growth Partners, Josh spent nearly a decade in professional services—gaining experience as an auditor, M&A advisor, and strategy consultant.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Miami (FL) and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management. Though not practicing, he remains an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
