Carlo Sanchez is a seasoned business executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the service, healthcare, and software industries. Currently the CEO of AIB and the founder of Four-Factor Capital, Carlo has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Before his current roles, he led consulting projects at PwC and BCG, advising Fortune 500 executives globally. He began his career at CEMEX, a global leader in building materials.

Born and raised in Mexico, Carlo migrated to the US over a decade ago, driven by aspirations to offer his family a better life and to become a successful entrepreneur. During his college years, he worked in a building materials warehouse and later managed stores, demonstrating his resilience and leadership. In the US, Carlo gained experience with top firms like PwC and BCG, learning from world-class mentors.

Carlo holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
