Lemont Partners

Jineet grew up in an immigrant family of entrepreneurs. Watching his family overcome challenges to build successful businesses instilled in him the values of hard work, resilience, and ambition—and inspired his dream of leading a business of his own. Inspired by his family’s legacy and passion for business, Jineet founded Lemont Partners to acquire and lead an established company through its next chapter of growth.

Prior to Lemont, Jineet spent over seven years McKinsey & Company leading teams and advising clients on growth initiatives. Jineet earned his undergraduate degree from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jineet and his wife, Anjali, live in the suburbs of Detroit, where they both grew up. Outside of work, Jineet enjoys playing reading and staying active (his latest endeavor is learning golf!).
