As the Founder of Hillside Succession, Mark is a seasoned operating professional with over 15 years of experience, having held senior leadership roles within entrepreneurial and start-up organizations.  Having been an early-stage employee in multiple ventures, Mark understands the active and dedicated approach required to operate outstanding companies.  Having served and worked alongside the Founder/CEO function for over a decade, Mark understands the journey of successful leadership.

​Mark is a CPA, CA by profession, having started his career at Ernst & Young serving the lower middle market.  Mark obtained his Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business (Western University), having graduated with distinction.

Mark currently resides in Toronto, Canada with his wife and young son.
