Ben founded Fairfield Enterprises out of a desire to acquire, operate, and grow a company that shares the values he believes are foundational to successful companies, and more importantly, thriving people. Ben’s more than 10 years of experience in financial services stem from his passion to help consumers and business owners feel more financially secure. Prior to founding Fairfield, Ben held senior strategy, digital product management, and business development roles at VantageScore Solutions, JPMorgan Chase, OnDeck Capital, and Goldman Sachs.

Ben’s search fund successfully acquired Objective Management Group in 2022, where he now serves as CEO. The company is the pioneer and industry leader in sales team evaluations and sales candidate assessments. OMG helps companies maximize the performance of their sales teams by identifying which sales people can perform better and what the company needs to do to help those people achieve their potential. 

Ben holds a Master of Business Administration with high distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
