Grey Wind Capital

Born and raised in Weston, Connecticut, Dan got his first taste of entrepreneurship as an undergraduate student at Columbia University when he co-founded one of the first escape game companies in the country -- a company that was later sold to private equity in 2023. After graduating from Columbia summa cum laude, Dan went to the University of Oxford, where he studied data science and the Internet at the University of Oxford. Dan attained high honors for his research on improving agricultural data collection, analysis, and sharing through the industry's supply chain. Dan's research led him to consult multinational companies and government bodies on their agricultural data science projects.

Dan subsequently obtained a JD from UC Berkeley, where he was a member of the California Law Review, received the American Jurisprudence award (i.e., top of class) for contract design, and won the law school's writing competition. Prior to co-founding Grey Wind Capital, Dan clerked at Delaware's Court of Chancery and worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as well as Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.

Outside work, Dan enjoys playing basketball, competing in chess and spending time with his family and close friends.
